You recently changed an automobile in your game. The vehicle you replaced formerly made a peculiar 4 cylinder engine sound; nevertheless, you replaced it with a large V8 vehicle.
You'll need OpenIV, and for altering the.meta files, I highly advise getting Notepad++.
Therefore, we will swap out the Sultan's sound.
Launch OpenIV. As usual, click the "edit mode" option.
Locate the vehicles.meta file, which holds the information on the Sultan.
(mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5). Drag the vehicles.meta file to a suitable location, such as your desktop. Launch it in Notepad++ (or Notepad)
Using control+f, look for the word "sultan" in the line.
You can see the line a few lines below that one.
This line should read: schafter4.
You enter the name of the vehicle sound you want the car to have between the two audioNameHash parts, where you see schafter4 in this case. Because the schafter4's pleasant V8 sound blends in so well with the E39 M5, I named the song after it.
You obviously need the schafter4 in your game, which arrived with an update, to hear the schafter4's sound. You must change the engine sound in your game to the one you actually have if it hasn't been updated.
